01 - 1.5 pounds ground chicken
02 - ½ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
03 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
05 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - ½ teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
09 - ½ teaspoon paprika
10 - 1 teaspoon salt
11 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
12 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (for air fryer basket and brushing)

13 - 4 burger buns
14 - 4 lettuce leaves
15 - 4 tomato slices
16 - ¼ cup garlic aioli or mayonnaise

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken bouillon powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until evenly combined, avoiding overmixing to maintain moisture.
02 - Divide mixture into four equal portions. Shape each into a tight ball then flatten into patties slightly larger than your burger buns. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm.
03 - Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes. Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
04 - Arrange patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Brush tops with olive oil. Cook for 6 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
05 - Flip patties carefully, brush the other side with olive oil, and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes, until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
06 - Remove patties and allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving.
07 - Place a chicken patty on each burger bun bottom, add a leaf of lettuce and a slice of tomato. Top with garlic aioli or mayonnaise and cover with the bun top. Serve immediately.
