01 - 1.5 pounds gold baby potatoes, washed and halved

05 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, roughly chopped
06 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
07 - ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - Juice of ½ lemon
09 - 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, mix the halved potatoes with olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped thyme, kosher salt, and ground black pepper until evenly coated.
02 - Optionally line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil for easier cleanup. Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer in the basket.
