Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin (Printer-Friendly)

Pork tenderloin air-fried with honey, soy, and garlic creates a crispy crust and a juicy, flavorful interior.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Marinade

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon honey
05 - 1 tablespoon light brown sugar, packed
06 - 2 tablespoons honey mustard
07 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
08 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
09 - 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
10 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
11 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste

→ Pork

12 - 1 pork tenderloin (approximately 1.25 to 1.5 pounds), silver skin and excess fat removed

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, brown sugar, honey mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, poultry seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
02 - Place the prepared pork tenderloin in a large zip lock bag or container. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is evenly coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 1 to 2 minutes according to your model’s instructions.
04 - Remove pork from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Place pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 5 minutes.
05 - Reduce air fryer temperature to 325°F. Continue to cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat registers 145°F.
06 - Transfer pork tenderloin to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve as desired.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Remove the silver skin before marinating for best texture and tenderness.
02 - Allow pork to rest after cooking to retain juiciness when slicing.
03 - If tenderloin is too large for the air fryer basket, cut in half; cooking time remains unchanged.
