10 - Nonstick cooking spray

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
02 - In a small bowl, combine room temperature salted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried dill, and a pinch of salt; mix until well incorporated. Set aside.
03 - Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.
04 - Place lemon slices evenly in the air fryer basket, then lay the salmon fillets on top, skin side down if present.
05 - Add a generous dollop of the lemon garlic dill butter on each salmon fillet.
06 - Cook at 390°F for 10 minutes, adjusting based on thickness, until the salmon flakes gently when pressed and is medium rare.
07 - Optionally, garnish each fillet with an additional dollop of lemon garlic dill butter before serving. Pairs well with asparagus or a mixed green salad.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Salmon is perfectly cooked when it flakes easily but remains moist in the center; avoid overcooking to retain tenderness.
02 - Skin can be left on or removed according to preference; skin aids in pan-frying but is optional for air frying.
03 - Wild-caught salmon has a richer flavor and darker color compared to farm-raised, which is more affordable.
