02 - 2 green bell peppers, sliced
03 - 2 red bell peppers, sliced
04 - 1 yellow onion, sliced
05 - 2 tablespoons avocado oil
06 - 1 lime, juiced
07 - 1.25 ounce packet fajita seasoning

08 - 1 cup sour cream
09 - 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
10 - 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
11 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
12 - ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
13 - 1 lime, juiced

14 - 8 flour tortillas
15 - 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
16 - 8.5 ounce packet cilantro lime rice (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine sour cream, chipotle sauce, sugar, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate until serving.
02 - In a large bowl, toss sliced steak, green peppers, red peppers, yellow onion, avocado oil, and lime juice until evenly coated. Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the mixture and toss again.
03 - Set air fryer to 400°F (204°C) and preheat for 5 minutes.
