Remove parchment and weights carefully, then return crust to oven for 5 to 7 minutes until bottom is dry and lightly golden.

In a large bowl, whisk together apple butter, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and flour until smooth.

Pour filling into prepared crust, smoothing top. Bake at 350°F on middle rack for 35 to 40 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
