01 -
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 -
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté ground beef with chopped onions and minced garlic until beef is browned and no longer pink, breaking it up during cooking. Drain excess grease.
03 -
Transfer beef to a bowl. Stir in secret sauce, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder until evenly combined.
04 -
In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Let cool slightly, then crumble into bite-sized pieces.
05 -
Slice slider buns horizontally, keeping the tops attached. Place bottom halves on the prepared baking sheet. Layer 6 slices of cheddar cheese evenly over the buns, spread the beef mixture on top, add remaining 6 cheese slices, then sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Close with top halves of the buns.
06 -
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat briefly if necessary to fully melt butter, then stir to blend.
07 -
Brush butter glaze evenly over the tops of the buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
08 -
Cover sliders loosely with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to toast buns if desired. Serve warm.
