01 -
Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with foil and preheat oven to 350°F. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached at the base. Toasting the bottom halves is optional.
02 -
Cook bacon slices in a skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble into small pieces.
03 -
Brown the ground beef in the bacon drippings over medium heat until fully cooked and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
04 -
Reduce heat to low, season beef with salt, black pepper, and dry mustard powder. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and cook for 1 minute to allow cheese to soften.
05 -
Spread the seasoned beef and cheese mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the slider rolls. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top, then add slices of sharp cheddar cheese. Replace the top halves of the rolls.
06 -
Combine melted butter, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, and granulated garlic in a small bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves.
07 -
Spoon or brush the glaze evenly over the tops of the slider rolls. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the rolls are lightly browned and cheese has melted.
08 -
Remove from oven and either cut the sliders apart with a serrated knife for presentation or serve as a pull-apart dish. Enjoy warm.
