09 - 3 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon honey
11 - 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

→ Serving Components

13 - 2 cups cooked white jasmine or basmati rice
14 - 1 cup sliced cucumber
15 - 1 cup shredded red cabbage
16 - 1 cup shredded carrots
17 - ½ cup shelled edamame
18 - 1 cup cooked broccoli florets
19 - 2 sliced green onions
20 - Microgreens for garnish (optional)
21 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine cubed salmon with brown sugar, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika; toss gently to coat evenly.
03 - Whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, and fresh lime juice until smooth; taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Divide into two portions, refrigerate one portion for serving.
04 - Toss the salmon cubes with half of the bang bang sauce, ensuring each piece is coated with creamy, spicy-sweet sauce.
05 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. Place salmon in a single layer without overcrowding, cooking in batches if necessary.
06 - Cook salmon for 5 to 6 minutes, flip pieces, then cook an additional 5 to 6 minutes until cooked through and slightly caramelized. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining salmon.
07 - Drizzle reserved bang bang sauce over cooked salmon. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
08 - In serving bowls, layer cooked white rice, topped with bang bang salmon bites. Add desired toppings such as cucumber, shredded carrots, red cabbage, edamame, broccoli, and microgreens. Finish with extra sauce drizzle and sesame seeds.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for even cooking and crispiness.
02 - Alternatively, bake salmon on a lined sheet at 400°F for 14-16 minutes, flipping halfway; toss in sauce after baking to prevent burning.
03 - Using air fryer liners: place salmon on top before cooking; do not preheat with liner in place.
