# What You’ll Need:

→ Beef Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning

→ Nacho Cheese Mixture

03 - 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
04 - 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained

→ Fresh Toppings

05 - ⅓ cup sour cream

07 - ½ cup chopped onions
08 - shredded lettuce, to taste

→ Wrapping

09 - crumbled nacho cheese Doritos, for garnish
10 - 4 large flour tortillas

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, then drain excess grease.
02 - Stir in taco seasoning until evenly incorporated. Set meat aside.
03 - In the same skillet, cook chopped onions and bell peppers over medium heat until softened, about 3 to 5 minutes.
04 - Combine nacho cheese sauce and drained Rotel tomatoes in a mixing bowl until smooth.
05 - Place four large flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
06 - Spread nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla, then top with sour cream, sautéed vegetables, seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, and a sprinkle of crumbled Doritos.
07 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to enclose the fillings securely.
08 - Heat the skillet over medium heat and toast each wrap, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp on all sides.
09 - Remove wraps from skillet, cut in half if desired, and serve while warm.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - For best results, lightly toast tortillas before assembling to enhance texture and prevent sogginess.
