Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 3 to 5 minutes while preparing the chicken.

Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Adjust cooking time based on weight.

Use a thermometer to ensure the thickest part of the chicken reaches 159°F to 161°F. If below, return to the air fryer for a few more minutes in residual heat and check again.

Remove chicken from the air fryer. Place on a cutting board and cover loosely with a plate or foil. Let rest for 10 to 15 minutes to allow juices to redistribute and internal temperature to reach 165°F.
