Tender pork ribs slow cooked with seasoning and barbecue glaze for juicy, flavorful results without extra work.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Pork

01 - 2-3 pounds rack baby back ribs

→ Seasonings

02 - kosher salt, to taste
03 - black pepper, to taste
04 - garlic powder, to taste

→ Sauce

05 - 21-ounce bottle barbecue sauce

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Liberally season both sides of the ribs with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, then rub thoroughly to adhere.
02 - Place ribs inside the slow cooker with the meat side facing the interior wall, allowing for even cooking and optimal fit.
03 - Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are well-coated for flavor infusion.
04 - Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 6 hours, or until the thickest part of the ribs attains an internal temperature of 145°F.
05 - Carefully transfer ribs to a foil-lined baking sheet and baste with reserved barbecue sauce from the slow cooker.
06 - Set oven broiler to high and place ribs underneath, broiling for a few minutes while monitoring closely to develop a caramelized glaze.
07 - Remove ribs from the oven and slice into two-rib portions for serving.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Removing the membrane on the back of the ribs is optional; slow cooking tenderizes it sufficiently, but removing it can reduce chewiness.
