# What You’ll Need:

→ Bacon

01 - 8 slices center-cut bacon

→ Bread

02 - 8 slices wheat sandwich bread

→ Vegetables

03 - 4 leaves green leaf lettuce
04 - 2 medium tomatoes, sliced

→ Garlic Aioli

05 - 1 clove garlic, finely minced
06 - 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
07 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine minced garlic, light mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Stir well and let the mixture rest while cooking the bacon to develop flavor.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.
