# What You’ll Need:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 medium onion, chopped
03 - 1 green bell pepper, chopped
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
10 - 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
11 - 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilis
12 - 1 small head green cabbage, chopped (about 6 cups)
13 - 1 cup beef broth
14 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place ground beef, chopped onion, and green bell pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, breaking up the beef, until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
02 - Stir in minced garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds. Drain off excess fat from the skillet.
03 - Mix in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir well to evenly coat the beef and vegetables.
04 - Add undrained diced tomatoes, diced green chilis, and beef broth to the skillet. Stir until fully combined.
05 - Add chopped cabbage to the skillet. Cover with a lid, reduce heat to medium, and cook for 20 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
06 - Remove the lid and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture. Stir until the cheese is completely melted. Serve immediately.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - For added flavor, substitute part of the cabbage with red cabbage or include sliced mushrooms with the vegetables.
