Season chicken breast with salt and black pepper. Cook by baking, sautéing, or grilling until fully cooked. Dice into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute until golden and fragrant.

Add diced chicken to the skillet and toss with garlic oil to coat evenly. Remove from heat and immediately stir in shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese to begin melting.

Place a tortilla flat on a work surface. Spoon a generous amount of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to enclose filling.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and gently press. Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and crisp, flipping carefully.

Remove cooked wraps from skillet and allow to rest 1 to 2 minutes. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
