08 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

09 - 2 tablespoons minced garlic

→ Liquids

10 - 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
11 - 1 cup heavy cream (minimum 36% fat)

→ Cheese

12 - 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

→ Herbs & Spices

13 - ½ teaspoon dried oregano
14 - ½ teaspoon dried thyme
15 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

→ Produce

16 - ⅓ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

→ Pasta

17 - 1 package store-bought potato gnocchi

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Dredge the cubed chicken thoroughly in the mixture until fully coated.
02 - Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
03 - Reduce heat to medium-low. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned. Slowly pour in chicken broth and heavy cream while whisking to deglaze the pan and incorporate browned bits. Stir in Parmesan cheese until fully melted and sauce is smooth.
04 - Add sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, oregano, and thyme to the sauce. Stir to combine and allow the mixture to gently simmer for 3 to 4 minutes to develop depth of flavor.
05 - Add gnocchi to the skillet, spread evenly, and cover with a lid. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until gnocchi float to the surface and become tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
06 - Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, gently folding it into the creamy gnocchi mixture. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan and do not overcrowd the pan when browning chicken to achieve a crisp exterior.
02 - Reheat leftovers gently with a splash of milk or broth to restore sauce consistency.
