# What You’ll Need:

→ Vegetables

01 - 900 grams yellow potatoes, washed and quartered
02 - 1 medium yellow onion, diced
03 - 1 can (14.5 oz) green beans, drained

→ Protein

04 - 450 grams smoked sausage (Andouille, kielbasa, or beef smoked sausage), sliced

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
10 - 1 packet Italian dressing seasoning mix (approximately 28 grams)

→ Fats

11 - 113 grams unsalted butter (1 stick)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Wash and quarter yellow potatoes and place them in the bottom of a slow cooker. Evenly sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
02 - Add diced yellow onions on top of the potatoes and gently mix to distribute evenly.
03 - Arrange sliced smoked sausage over the potatoes and onions in the slow cooker.
04 - Drain canned green beans thoroughly and add them over the sausage layer.
05 - Sprinkle the Italian dressing seasoning mix across the top, then place the whole stick of unsalted butter on the surface.
06 - Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until potatoes are tender and flavors meld.
