Slow-cooked wings with buffalo sauce, tender and full of flavor, perfect for easy entertaining or snacks.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 3 pounds chicken wings, fresh or frozen

→ Sauce

02 - 1 cup buffalo sauce

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place chicken wings into the slow cooker and toss with half (1/2 cup) of the buffalo sauce to coat evenly.
02 - Cover and cook on high setting for 2 to 3 hours if using fresh wings, or on low setting for 3 to 4 hours for frozen wings.
03 - Set the broiler to high to prepare for finishing the wings.
04 - Transfer wings onto a wire rack set over a baking sheet, brush with the remaining buffalo sauce, then broil for 5 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until skin crisps to desired texture.
05 - Remove wings from broiler, toss with additional sauce if preferred, and serve immediately.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F for safe consumption. Broiling is optional but recommended for crispier skin.
02 - Frozen wings release more liquid during cooking; discard excess before broiling to enhance crispiness.
