Combine barbecue sauce and grape jelly in the bowl of a slow cooker. Stir thoroughly until fully blended.

Place frozen meatballs into the slow cooker and toss gently to ensure all meatballs are evenly coated with the sauce.

Cover and cook on low setting for 6 hours until meatballs are heated through and the sauce has thickened.
