# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and onion powder in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
02 - Place the chicken pieces in a resealable plastic bag, add the spice mix, seal the bag, and massage until chicken is evenly coated.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add half the chicken without overcrowding and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through. Repeat if necessary.
04 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly mist each tortilla with cooking spray on both sides and warm for approximately one minute per side until pliable.
