Juicy seared steak bites paired with crispy potatoes coated in flavorful garlic butter sauce.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Steak Marinade

01 - 1 lb ribeye, New York strip, or sirloin steak, cut into 1 to 1.5 inch cubes
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
04 - 1 tsp onion powder
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

→ Potatoes

07 - 2 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
08 - 1 tbsp olive oil
09 - 1 tsp seasoned salt

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

10 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter
11 - 3 cloves garlic, minced

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine steak cubes with olive oil, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Toss to coat evenly and marinate for 15 to 30 minutes while preparing potatoes.
02 - Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into 1 inch chunks. Rinse under cold water to remove excess starch and pat dry thoroughly. Toss with olive oil and seasoned salt, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
03 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place potatoes in a single layer inside the basket. Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking basket every 5 minutes for even browning until golden and crisp.
04 - Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated steak cubes and cook undisturbed for 2 to 3 minutes to form a crust. Flip and cook to desired doneness, from medium rare to well done.
05 - In the last minute of cooking, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Swirl to melt butter and release garlic aroma. Spoon the garlic butter over the steak cubes to enhance flavor.
06 - Arrange crispy potatoes on a serving platter. Top with garlic butter steak bites and drizzle any remaining sauce from the pan over all. Serve immediately while hot.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Ensure potatoes are dried completely before air frying to achieve maximum crispiness.
02 - Allow steak bites to rest for a couple of minutes after searing to retain juices.
03 - Spoon garlic butter over steak off heat to avoid burning the garlic.
