# What You’ll Need:

→ Compound Butter

01 - 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, very soft
02 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, thinly sliced
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
06 - ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
07 - ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine very soft unsalted butter, chopped parsley, thyme, chives, minced garlic, kosher salt, and cracked black pepper.
02 - Stir all ingredients together until fully incorporated and evenly distributed.
03 - Transfer the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and form into a log shape by rolling the plastic wrap over and pressing it firmly.
04 - Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to secure and refrigerate the butter log for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight until firm.
05 - Remove the chilled butter from the refrigerator, slice into rounds, and serve as desired.
