Juicy grilled chicken skewers infused with honey and lime for a bright, flavorful twist.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Protein

01 - 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks

→ Marinade

02 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
03 - 2 tablespoons honey
04 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
05 - Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
06 - 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (optional)
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

→ Equipment

09 - 8 to 9 metal or wooden skewers

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro until well combined.
02 - Place the chicken chunks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Toss gently to coat all pieces evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 3 hours.
03 - If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 15 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
04 - Thread 8 to 9 pieces of the marinated chicken onto each skewer, spacing them evenly.
05 - Preheat the grill to medium heat, approximately 350°F (177°C).
06 - Grill the skewers over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes per side, turning once, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is cooked through.
07 - Remove from the grill and serve immediately with extra fresh lime wedges for squeezing over the chicken.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Soaking wooden skewers prevents them from burning during grilling.
