Combine olive oil, seasoned rice vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, rosemary, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake to mix thoroughly.

Add chicken breasts to the bag with marinade, remove excess air, seal, and massage to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Heat grill to medium-high, approximately 350°F, and ensure grates are clean to prevent sticking.

Place chicken breasts on the grill, discard excess marinade, and optionally place lemon slices on the grill rack near the chicken or on top of chicken for presentation. Close lid and cook for 6–8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Remove chicken from grill and allow to rest a few minutes before serving for optimal juiciness.
