Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups (Printer-Friendly)

Melted cheese, beef, and peppers combine for a hearty, low-carb meal perfect for sharing and easy cleanup.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Main

01 - 8 to 10 slices deli roast beef, thinly sliced
02 - 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
03 - 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
04 - 6 to 8 slices provolone cheese

→ Seasoning

05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 - Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are soft and lightly browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
03 - Lay out the roast beef slices on a cutting board. Place a portion of the sautéed vegetables along one edge of each beef slice. Top with one slice of provolone cheese.
04 - Roll each beef slice around the filling to form a cylinder. Place seam side down in a baking dish, arranging them close together.
05 - Bake uncovered for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
06 - Remove from oven and let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Double up beef slices if they are very thin to prevent roll ups from tearing.
02 - Let roll ups rest before lifting to avoid cheese spilling out.
03 - Leftover peppers and onions can be used in eggs or salads.
04 - Spice up the filling with jalapeño slices for more heat.
