Miami Ice Mango Mint (Printer-Friendly)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 20 fl oz sweetened instant iced tea

→ Fruit

02 - ⅔ cup mango purée (fresh or thawed frozen mango)

→ Herbs

03 - 10 fresh mint leaves

→ Miscellaneous

04 - Ice cubes
05 - Lemon wedges for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Process fresh or thawed mango in a food processor until smooth. If using frozen mango, add 1-2 tablespoons of water to facilitate blending.
02 - Mix 10 fl oz of sweetened iced tea with ⅓ cup of mango purée in a separate container. If the mixture appears too cloudy or has particles floating, strain through a fine sieve.
03 - Strain the mixture through a sieve into a clean highball glass to remove excess pulp and particles.
04 - Fill the glass with ice cubes, then garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - For a stronger mango flavor, increase the amount of puréed mango to taste.
