Pat chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.

Place wings in a large resealable bag or container. Add Old Bay seasoning and vegetable oil. Seal and toss thoroughly to coat every piece. Refrigerate and marinate for 1 to 3 hours.

Select preferred cooking method. For oven, preheat to 425°F. For fryer, preheat oil to 375°F. For grill, preheat to medium-high heat.

Oven: Arrange wings on a wire rack set over a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden. Grill: Cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through. Fryer: Fry wings in batches at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes, until crisp and fully cooked.

Transfer hot wings to a large bowl. While still hot, sprinkle with additional Old Bay seasoning and toss to coat. Serve immediately with preferred dipping sauces.
