Juicy beef patties topped with melted cheese, fresh pico de gallo, and creamy mexi-ranch all wrapped in crispy tortillas.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Beef Patties

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef (90%-95% lean)
02 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
03 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

→ Mexi-Ranch Sauce

04 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
05 - 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
07 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin
09 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Assembly

10 - 4 street taco sized flour tortillas (approximately 5 inches diameter)
11 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
12 - 1 cup fresh pico de gallo
13 - 1 cup crisp lettuce, shredded

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ranch dressing, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
02 - Divide ground beef into four equal portions and shape into 5-inch diameter patties. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a grill or griddle pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 5 minutes on each side for medium-well doneness, adjusting time for preferred doneness.
04 - Place two tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly distribute shredded cheddar cheese on one side of each tortilla, then top with the second tortilla to form quesadillas.
05 - Heat a separate pan over medium heat and cook the queso-laden tortillas for 2-3 minutes per side until the cheese is melted and tortillas are crispy.
06 - Spread mexi-ranch sauce on one cheese tortilla, add cooked beef patty, top with shredded lettuce and pico de gallo, then cover with the second cheese tortilla.
07 - Serve immediately with preferred side dishes such as air-fried French fries or a fresh salad.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Use 90%-95% lean ground beef for optimal flavor and texture.
02 - Cook patties according to preferred doneness; medium-well is achieved with 5 minutes per side.
03 - Street taco sized tortillas (~5 inches) are ideal to match patty size and maintain proper ratio.
04 - Leftover beef patties and sauce can be refrigerated; cook tortillas fresh when serving subsequent burgers.
