02 - ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
03 - ½ teaspoon sriracha sauce
04 - 1 teaspoon fish sauce
05 - 2 teaspoons soy sauce
06 - 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
07 - ½ teaspoon garlic, minced

→ Protein

08 - 1 to 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
09 - 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced

→ Vegetables & Herbs

10 - 2 medium carrots, grated
11 - 2 green onions, chopped
12 - Few sprigs fresh mint and/or cilantro (optional)

→ Wrap and Garnish

13 - 4 large whole wheat tortillas (10 inch)
14 - Sesame seeds, black or white, for sprinkling

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Boil eggs on stovetop or hot plate until hard-boiled. Cool in cold water for 10 to 15 minutes, then peel and slice.
02 - Cook chicken breasts on stovetop until no longer pink. Slice thinly. Alternatively, use leftover, rotisserie, or deli chicken.
03 - Cook instant ramen noodles in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes until tender. Drain thoroughly; do not add seasoning packet yet.
04 - Mix drained noodles with ramen flavoring packet, rice vinegar, soy sauce, grated ginger, sriracha, minced garlic, and fish sauce.
05 - Warm tortillas slightly. Evenly divide chicken slices, grated carrots, chopped green onions, fresh herbs if using, seasoned noodles, and sliced eggs among tortillas. Sprinkle sesame seeds atop fillings.
06 - Fold sides inward, then tightly roll tortillas from the bottom, keeping fillings snug. Serve seam side down and cut diagonally in half.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Drain noodles thoroughly to prevent soggy wraps.
02 - Allow noodles, chicken, and eggs to cool before assembling to avoid softening tortillas.
03 - Warm tortillas briefly in microwave for pliability.
04 - Do not overfill to maintain structural integrity.
05 - Cut wraps on a diagonal for improved presentation and stability.
06 - Store components separately and assemble just prior to serving for best texture.
