Reuben Corned Beef Sliders (Printer-Friendly)

Savory sliders with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and creamy dressing on soft Hawaiian rolls, baked till golden.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Bread

01 - 12 King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls, sliced horizontally

→ Meat

02 - 450 grams deli-sliced lean corned beef

→ Sauce

03 - 120 ml Thousand Island or Russian dressing

→ Vegetables

04 - 150 grams well-drained sauerkraut

→ Cheese

05 - 180 grams Swiss cheese slices

→ Butter Topping

06 - 85 grams salted butter, melted
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel seasoning

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Using a sharp bread knife, slice the sweet rolls horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves intact. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
02 - Spread a thin, even layer of dressing over the bottom halves. Arrange corned beef slices to cover the bread evenly, shredding thicker pieces for ease.
03 - Place half of the Swiss cheese slices over the meat. Spoon sauerkraut evenly on top, pressing lightly to secure, then drizzle more dressing and layer the remaining Swiss cheese over the sauerkraut.
04 - Carefully position the top halves of the rolls over the layered ingredients, aligning edges for neatness.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk melted butter with garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Generously brush the mixture over the slider tops.
06 - Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning over the buttered tops. Cover tray tightly with foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until cheese melts and sliders are heated through. Remove foil and bake an additional 3 to 5 minutes for golden tops.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Drain sauerkraut thoroughly to prevent sogginess.
02 - Cover tightly with foil to ensure cheese melts evenly.
03 - These sliders can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
