07 - 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
08 - 120 milliliters heavy cream (about 1/2 cup)

09 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
12 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
13 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
14 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Topping

15 - 30 grams shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1/4 cup)
16 - 25 grams grated Parmesan cheese (about 1/4 cup)
17 - 50 grams fresh breadcrumbs (about 1/2 cup)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain carefully and set aside to prevent sticking.
02 - Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Stir in crab meat, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Cook 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.
03 - Combine ricotta, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, heavy cream, and chopped parsley in a bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
04 - Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer noodles over sauce. Spread one third of cheese mixture over noodles, followed by one third of seafood. Drizzle with Alfredo sauce. Repeat layering two more times finishing with noodles and Alfredo sauce.
05 - Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over top, then add breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
06 - Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing to let layers set. Garnish with extra parsley if desired and serve warm.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Avoid overcooking shrimp to maintain tender texture; cook just until pink and opaque.
02 - Spreading Alfredo sauce evenly ensures every bite is flavorful and moist.
03 - Use fresh breadcrumbs lightly toasted in olive oil for a deeper crunch and flavor.
04 - Leftovers keep well refrigerated up to 3 days or freeze after baking.
