03 - Warm refried beans in a microwave-safe bowl until easy to spread.
04 - Spread a generous layer of warm refried beans onto each fried tortilla. Top with seasoned ground beef, then cover with another tortilla. Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of enchilada sauce on top, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
05 - Place assembled pizzas on a large nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 400°F (204°C) for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is fully melted. Serve immediately with desired toppings.
