06 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat a large skillet over medium to medium-low heat.
02 - Place one tortilla on the skillet, spread a layer of Swiss and mozzarella cheeses over the entire tortilla, then arrange turkey, cranberry sauce, and chopped herbs on half of the tortilla.
03 - Cook until the cheese begins to melt, then fold the tortilla in half and grill on each side until golden brown and crispy.
04 - Remove from heat, cut the quesadilla into thirds or quarters, and serve immediately.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Use either homemade or canned jellied cranberry sauce; canned will retain brightness during cooking.
02 - Substitute rotisserie chicken for turkey for a similar savory result.
03 - Feel free to vary cheese types such as cheddar or brie to suit preferences.
