08 - 1 cup fresh pico de gallo

09 - 6 flour tortillas, burrito size
10 - Cooking spray

→ Garnish

11 - Sour cream
12 - Additional pico de gallo

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F to ensure even cooking and a crispy crust.
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, black beans, sweet corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and fresh pico de gallo until evenly incorporated.
03 - Place one flour tortilla on a flat surface and spoon approximately 1 cup of the filling into the center. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.
04 - Lightly spray the exterior of each assembled burrito with cooking spray to promote crisping during cooking.
05 - Place burritos in the preheated air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes at 400°F, then carefully flip, spray the opposite side with cooking spray, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
06 - Remove burritos from the air fryer and serve immediately with sour cream and additional pico de gallo for garnish.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature before mixing for a smoother filling texture.
