Savory pulled pork topped with bacon, cheese, and a buttery brown sugar glaze on soft Hawaiian rolls.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Slider Components

01 - 12 Hawaiian slider rolls
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 1 pound pulled pork
04 - 2/3 cup barbecue sauce
05 - 6 slices white sharp cheddar cheese
06 - 1/2 pound bacon, chopped into 2–3 inch pieces

→ Glaze

07 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
08 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange slider rolls on a baking sheet. Using a long bread knife, slice the rolls in half horizontally.
02 - Spread 1 tablespoon of softened butter on both the top and bottom halves of each slider roll. Bake for a few minutes until the bread is lightly browned.
03 - Combine pulled pork with barbecue sauce and warm until heated through.
04 - Evenly distribute the warm pulled pork onto the bottom halves of the slider rolls. Layer cheese slices over the pork, then sprinkle chopped bacon evenly on top. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
05 - Stir melted butter with brown sugar, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic until combined.
06 - Spoon the glaze evenly over the assembled slider tops. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns begin to brown.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - For best results, keep sliders attached in the baking pan during assembly and baking to save time and maintain structure.
02 - Adjust glaze quantity to preference for a sweeter finish.
03 - These sliders are excellent served immediately after baking.
