07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
08 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
09 - ¼ teaspoon dried dill weed

12 - 3 tablespoons light blue cheese dressing

→ Assembly

13 - 1⅓ tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce (for drizzling)
14 - 4 hamburger buns
15 - 4 lettuce leaves

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, egg, scallions, parsley, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried dill, and two tablespoons of Buffalo wing sauce until evenly combined. Form mixture into four equal patties.
02 - Optionally cover and refrigerate patties for at least one hour to enhance flavor melding and improve firmness.
03 - Preheat a nonstick grill pan or skillet over medium heat with a light mist of cooking spray. Cook patties for 5 minutes on one side, flip, and cook an additional 5 minutes until fully cooked through.
04 - While patties cook, combine coleslaw mix with blue cheese dressing in a bowl and toss until evenly coated.
05 - Layer a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, add a cooked patty, drizzle approximately 1 teaspoon of Buffalo wing sauce on each patty, top with ¼ cup blue cheese coleslaw, and finish with the top half of the bun.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Use ground chicken breast for lean meat and authentic flavor; ground turkey breast can be substituted. Refrigerate patties before cooking to help maintain shape on grill.
02 - Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings sauce is recommended for authentic taste; adjust spice level by varying sauce quantity.
03 - Blue cheese dressing can be substituted with light ranch dressing if preferred.
