Italian Pasta Salad (Printer-Friendly)

Spiral pasta combined with salami, pepperoni, provolone, tomatoes, olives and pepper, dressed in Italian seasoning.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Pasta

01 - 16 ounces rotini pasta

→ Meats

02 - 8 ounces salami, cubed
03 - 4 ounces pepperoni, sliced

→ Cheese

04 - 8 ounces provolone cheese, cubed

→ Vegetables

05 - 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
06 - 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
07 - 6.5 ounces canned black olive slices, drained

→ Dressings & Seasonings

08 - 16 ounces Italian salad dressing
09 - 0.6 ounce Italian seasoning mix packet

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Prepare rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly and rinse under cold water to halt cooking and remove excess starch.
02 - Combine cooked pasta with Italian salad dressing and sprinkle with Italian seasoning mix. Stir until pasta is evenly coated.
03 - Add salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, cherry tomatoes, green bell pepper, and black olive slices to the dressed pasta. Mix gently until combined.
04 - Cover the mixture tightly and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours to allow flavors to meld. Stir before serving.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Stir occasionally during refrigeration and add extra dressing when serving if needed. Optionally, enhance with 4 ounces drained pimentos, 1/2 cup chopped red onion, or garnish with Parmesan cheese.
