Pour and evenly spread the semi-sweet chocolate mixture into the prepared baking pan using a spatula.

In a clean bowl, combine white chocolate chips with remaining 7 oz sweetened condensed milk. Melt in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract and fold in 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles.

Gently spread the white chocolate mixture over the semi-sweet chocolate layer while still slightly warm to ensure adhesion.

Sprinkle additional Christmas sprinkles on top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until fully set before slicing and serving.
